Everything had already settled nicely..my passport, the air tickets, the hotels, and even the trips had already planned with my Thai friends..but still, i didnt get to go because my dad was worried bout my safety and so on.. Ya I did feel sad in the first place and empty as I send my friends to the airport, but somehow i chose to obey.. I know my dad will be very upset and really worried(till he couldn't sleep) at night if i chose to go.. If i were to go, I wouldn't feel happy i guess, i will be having the anxiety and uneasy feeling more than enjoying the trip, so I am happy with my decision.. feel sorry for my friends though, cause i am the one who arrange the whole trip with my Thai friends and also the transportation in Thailand for them.. SORRY GUYS!!
One more thing is, i started to work already, in World Vision.. It's like the typical office job..calling Sponsors, data entry ...but it is a good experience though, and also good as in i dun waste my time sitting in my house doing nothing except for house chores and some other work. What i enjoyed the most is when i got to help in packaging for the famine 30 hrs..it was fun packaging and the goodies are sooooo nice!
One more thing is about the book i am reading recently - <Boy meets Girl - Say Hello to Courtship> . The book is about making a right decision for our future. Besides, it helps us to grow and guide our relationship, It is bout how the Lord prepare a person to go into a relationship. This book is really really good, not only i get to know the relationship stuff but also i learnt God's words.
Maybe we will wonder, what is the meaning of Courtship.. Courtship is a relationship between a man and a woman who are actively and intentionally together to consider about marriage. There are quite a lot of explanations and examples and stories in the book.. Worth reading.. And i found out my mistakes from the book, about the way we speak (sarcastically, it is because of our pride) then the way we feel bout romance, the way we think, the way we pray, the way we ask for something from God and so on.. this book is a really good reminder.
When you grow up, the way you think about something will be so different.and you face a lot of troubles and difficulties as time goes by..but I am lucky to have God to lead my way and to comfort me when i am upset.. How great to grow up with the company of a great heavenly Father =) (and also earthly family)
